The training methodology is purely CBT based supported by industry experts on regular interval imparting knowledge to the aspirants that drives these participants specifically towards practical industry scenario keeping in view the definition of what industry means by as a FRESHER and not the academically fresher candidate who otherwise expects the knowledge to be imparted or delivered by the employer which was system existing which is now changed with the time flowing.

The aspirants undergoing the training is three fold where the first part comprises the technology training, further moves on to the real time in-house projects exposure and lastly moves on to the clients site for LIVE project experience for a minimum of 2 months duration that gives the participant live exposure, work experience and also the stipend to manage him/her that further helps our Placement cell to offer 100% Placement.
